I feel there is too much resting in this workout. Instead of pausing and getting ready for the next piece, it is best to maintain some form of motion such as marching. It makes such a difference when you are trying to lose weight. Also, definitely not efficient for a ten minute time frame. If you want results, view a different video or repeat this one. - Heather Nykoluk
